Cooking Information: Place fish in a bowl, pour hot water, and let it soak for 20-30 mins. Rinse and debone before use. Alternatively, consume as a snack without rinsing due to its hygienic processing. Use fish broth for cooking to enhance flavor. Additional information: Our fish are processed on demand, which means you get freshly prepared fish with a longer shelf life. Please note, to achieve we’ll need at least 3 days to process the fish and thereafter shipping can be made. The more you buy, the more you save, with up to 35% when you buy more than 2kg.
